I’ve been patronizing Spa Jolie for well over 30 years. I particularly enjoy it for its warmth, free, and welcoming environment, especially for its large LGBTQ clientele. At this Spa, ALL are welcomed. The technicians are warm and friendly, and I have enjoyed getting to know them and learning about their lives. Spa Jolie is truly a microcosm of the world where everyone knows your name, and you’re always welcomed home. The Spa I find is also quite affordable for a mani/pedi as compared to other establishments.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS; Sofia is the best! I can’t even tell you about anyone else, because I only go to her. The place is always clean and never TOO crowded thanks to them keeping appointments (even before covid). They also often have great deal packages with really good prices. The place is kind of narrow everywhere, so you’ll feel a bit overweight in the small halls 😂 But that doesn’t take away from the experience in any way. This place is a hidden gem amongst salons in NYC 😊

I love spa Jolie! Been going here for months. Wonderful and friendly staff, cleanly and organized. I get all my facials here! I’ve had the deep pore facials as well as the OxyGeneo facials! And they always have deals if you join the mailing list. Got 2 facials for 150!

Sophia is the best in town! Quick, efficient and so sweet! She did my first wax ever, back when she worked on West 8th street in the early 2000s! I’ve graduated high school, college, married and had a child….and guess what? She is still a piece of my travel ribbon in life! Talk about loyalty!

I’ve been coming here since around the time they opened! I was coming there before Jodi ever had kids! I think the oldest is grown now! I was going there when she was carrying him! I never had a bad experience except if my regular manipedi girl left! I always found another that did awesome work on my feet and hands. I’ve brought so many of my friends and family over the years and they love it there too! My faves are Victoria and Carmen! They’ve done the best work on me for over 5yrs! Spa Jolie is the best place to go for a pampering experience and to get excellent results. The spa is clean and comfortable. I got a massage, facial and mani-pedi. EM sculpt for my stomach was just amazing and I also had Thermage in my inner thighs and buttocks. All the aestheticians are great professionals with experience and good manners. I specially liked Lana. Attendants are very kind, professional and thorough. They offer different options according to your needs and they always have great packages. I highly recommend this place.

They are very accommodating and understanding. They also gave me a really good price. The workers there are very considerate and attentive. I’ve had different people attend to my services but my 5 star rating is for Victoria. She is amazing! She’s gentle while waxing sensitive areas and is very pleasant and professional. The spa is clean and have great prices.

I have been coming to Spa Jolie for over 5 years – I mainly get blowouts (very thick, curly hair) once a week and sometimes manicures and am always super happy with both! The spa does offer many other services though. Both the hairdressers and front desk staff are very nice and the salon is spacious which makes for a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Spa Jolie and look forward to coming here for years to come.

This was my first time at this salon received amazing treatment. May and Zack at the front desk were very welcoming and informative. Tatiana, my wax tech was gentle and experienced. I was petrified as it was my first time back to waxing but it didn’t even hurt. If you are thinking about going to this nail salon don’t think about it twice 🙏

The staff is very helpful and easy to deal with. You receive reminder phone calls for your appointments. They have great pricing with package deals that you can call in and ask about. They never rush you out and take there time pampering. I personally go for full body Lazer treatment and see great improvement after 3 sessions, I have come from shaving every other day to once every 2 weeks. Personally I would recommend JANE!!! Her work is excellent and very nice to talk with while your treatment. ~ Elizabeth

The staffs lovely and they always do an incredible job, just the environment as a whole is always such a pleasure to experience. Spa Jolie was great. I went because I got a coupon off of Groupon for a men’s back waxing and eyebrow waxing.
The place was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. Tatianna was my aesthetician and she was WONDERFUL. I completely felt comfortable, basically pain free, and she was very kind and knowledgeable. She talked me through everything and always got my approval before doing anything and made sure I liked it. It is located between the Village and Chelsea in lower Manhattan. Easily accessible by train. I made a same day appointment and was easily accommodated. I will definitely be back!

I had the best facial at SPA Jolie! I did a deep pore facial and OxyGeneo, and my skin has never looked better. It felt so smooth, refreshed, and had an amazing glow afterward. The spa is beautiful, and the staff made the whole experience relaxing and luxurious. Highly recommend!
